Four mushrooms, no capsules
Four functional mushrooms, and nothing to swallow. They come as a chocolate film instead.
The tub of mushroom powder is at the back of the cupboard, behind the protein. You bought it in March. You have used it maybe nine times.
It is not that you changed your mind about it. It is that it turned out to be a job. Boil the kettle, find the scoop, stir the lumps out, drink something that tastes like mushroom powder — because that is what it is.
So it became a weekend thing. Then a nothing thing.
Capsules are the same deal in a different shape. A bottle you have to be standing next to, with a glass of water, at a moment you actually remember. Three of them, most mornings, dry and chalky at the back of the throat.
That is the trade the format makes you take, and nobody prints it on the label. A supplement you stopped taking is the most expensive one you own.
A FLXStrips FOCUS strip is a film about the size of a stamp. You put it on your tongue. It is gone in about thirty seconds, tastes of chocolate, and that is the entire ritual.
No water. Nothing to swallow. No capsules, no scoop, no kettle, no mug, no tub taking up a shelf. The tin is the size of a card deck and lives in a pocket, which means the version of you who forgot about it in March does not have to be standing in the kitchen to remember.
What is in it
- Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) — 25mg
- Maitake (Grifola frondosa) — 25mg
- Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) — 25mg
- Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) — 25mg
- All four have long histories of traditional culinary and wellness use.* Four named species, printed individually on the panel — not a blend total you have to take on faith.
Rather try one first? A single tin is $24.99.

100mg of mushroom across four named species, in a 200mg strip. Half the mass of the strip, and you can see the split rather than one blend figure covering all four.
This category has a format problem and it has had it for years.
You either swallow a handful of large capsules, or you stir a bitter brown powder into a coffee that then tastes of the powder, or you count drops of a tincture out of a pipette and hope you counted right.
Every one of those asks you to be somewhere, with something, doing something, before you have taken anything at all. Each step is a place the habit can break — and habits in this category break at the kettle, not at the label.
A strip removes the steps rather than improving them. There is no measuring, because the serving is the strip. There is no water, because there is nothing to wash down. It tastes of chocolate because it is a chocolate film, not because something bitter has been masked.

This table compares handling and cost. It makes no claim about how much of any ingredient reaches the bloodstream by any route, and no claim that any format works better than another. Capsule and coffee costs are two US retail listings checked in September 2026 — a 30-serving lion's mane capsule bottle at $29.99 taken three capsules to a serving, and a 30-serving mushroom coffee at $27 one-time or $36 on subscription. Prices in this category vary widely by brand. Blend-label practices described are general to the category, not any specific brand.
Made in the United States in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility that holds NSF/ANSI 455-2 for oral dissolving films — third-party certified against a published standard, not "tested in-house." Plenty of brands say the second thing. It is not the same thing.
Every batch is assayed against its label claim before it ships. Ask and we will send you the certificate for the lot in your tin.
On strips we have had third-party tested, disintegration has measured between 32 and 42 seconds against a specification of not more than 60. That is a laboratory measurement taken in a test apparatus, not a stopwatch on your tongue, and times vary by formula and batch.
What you paid for is what is on the panel. That should be table stakes in this category. Walk the aisle and you will find it is not.
No reviews on this product yet — we are a new brand. When there are, they go on the product page unedited, good and bad, and we will not be curating them.
Tell us within 30 days and we refund your first order in full. There is nothing to send back.
Opened tins cannot be resold, so posting them to us helps nobody. We do not ask you to justify it and we do not ask for paperwork. Refund to your card, or store credit if you would rather try a different formula. That is the whole policy.
Which means the only thing you are risking is the ten seconds it takes to order.
