What's the shipping cost?
Shipping within the US is free on orders over $50. Below that it’s a flat $4.50 to any state. International rates vary by destination — you’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
When will I receive my products?
All products are shipped out from our fulfillment center within 1-5 business days and on average it takes 1-5 business days to deliver your order. If things go smoothly, you place your order on Monday you should receive it by Friday the same week.
Every now and then, such as holiday seasons, there may be a delay on orders due to the high volume coming in within such a short time period. We value being transparent with our customers, so please be patient as we are a small team doing the best we can! Thanks for your understanding.
What's your refund policy?
If your first order isn’t right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. We’ll put the full amount back on your account as store credit so you can try a different formula, or refund your card instead if you’d rather — just say which. There’s nothing to send back.
Separately, and with no time limit: if something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace it or refund it whether or not it has been opened. Send us a photo at hello@flxstrips.com.

How can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email hello@flxstrips.com and we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once a tracking number has been issued the parcel is already with the carrier and we can’t stop it — but you’re still covered by our 30-day promise once it arrives. Tell us and we’ll credit or refund you, with nothing to send back.
Where are the products manufactured?
This product is produced under strict quality control standards, ensuring you receive a premium product every time.
Can I track my order?
Once you will make a purchase and your order will be confirmed, we will send out an order tracking link.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available and the shipping costs will vary depending on the destination country. Please note that we are not responsible for any custom duties or taxes that may occur upon receipt.
Subscription
What does the subscription give me?
If you subscribe to get the products monthly you will receive them in a timely manner and never run out of product. And you will get much better price.
How can I manage my subscription?
The subscription management information will also be emailed to you upon first purchase.
What is your subscription cancellation policy?
You can skip, change or cancel a subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing hello@flxstrips.com. Cancel before your renewal date and you won’t be charged again.
If a renewal has already been charged and shipped and you’d rather not have it, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll credit or refund it. Nothing needs to come back to us.
